Our Manufacturing Technology
01
Rotational molding
Rotational molding, also known as RotoMolding, has emerged as one of the most rapidly expanding manufacturing techniques for plastic components. It is employed in the production of a wide array of items, spanning from compact to sizable tanks, automotive and consumer goods to agricultural and defense products. RotoMolding facilitates the creation of high-quality plastic alternatives to a multitude of products that were conventionally crafted from metal or wood.
02
Injection molding
Apoorva is a manufacturer specializing in a diverse range of products, including Apoorva water storage tanks, cold boxes, defense drop boxes, garbage bins, and various custom-molded items. This ISO-certified company boasts FDA and ISI approvals for its products, all crafted using the Bi-axial Rotomoulding process.
MOULDS
Moulds or Dies are the integral parts of Rotomoulding process and are cognitive factors to ensure production quality.
MATERIAL
Polyethylene (LLDPE – Linear Low density Polyethylene) is well suited and extensively used for the process of Rotomoulding. Good process ability, mechanical & physical properties makes it the best choice for all Rotomoulders. Other than PE, PP, NYLON (PA6, PA66), PVC, EVA are also available for rotomolding
